integrative therapeutic massage

I believe that to truly experience the benefits of massage, giving your nervous system a chance to rest and slow down is the most important first step. I hope this space gives you permission to turn down the outside noise and just be.

My goal is to meet you where you are and support whatever your body needs at the time. I combine deep tissue and swedish techniques, offering an adaptable massage that is slow and intentional.

I love what I do and the little space I have created here at solitude. I can’t wait for you to visit!
